There is absolutely nothing fine about working at Fine Sight Solutions. They promise one thing in the interviews and when you start work it is entirely the opposite. You go from supposedly working 8 hours a day to 10 everyday, spending lengthy times in the office just waiting to actually go in the field, and apparently working Saturday was optional and all of a sudden it's not. Newer people are drastically disrespected and under appreciated. The training portion which is multiple hours does not get paid or even tracked. I worked here for a short period and resigned after seeing these outrageous company ways. After multiple calls, emails, and even visiting the office I have not been able to recoup my pay. A completely unprofessional and unorganized organization from top to bottom. 

This job is extremely exploitative, they sell you on a dream of getting promoted and making six figures.  The employee retention is incredibly low, management is completely unorganized, there would be several times on a daily basis where everybody is wandering around waiting for the managers to tell us when to do next outerwear we'd be doing nothing.  Unless you're good at sales don't burger joining, they will lie and tell you anything about the job OTHER THAN THE FACT IT'S A STUPID DOOR TO DOOR SALES JOB.  Most of your sales money go to management and if you hardly make enough sales for the week good luck making anything, you get less than $1000 per check working full time

They try to fluff the job description by saying it is "Direct Marketing" but it is a door-to-door "sales". I could tell you this, it would be heavily involved with a lot of walking, long hours, knocking on numerous doors, and most likely a high turnover rate. Do not waste your time.

They do not even tell you a lot of information over the phone such as compensation, or a day-to-day view of the position. They say you have to speak with the interviewer, which is non-sense. A professional organization would clarify everything with you prior to your interview whether it is in a written format or verbally.

They bring you in for ~10 hours of training which you are not paid for unless selected at the end of the program. You will be working horrible hours 11-8 through the week as well as working on Saturdays as well. Pay is based on commissions, otherwise you will only make minimum wage. On top of this, you will start as a normal sales associate and not the manager position they advertise. You have to work you way into that position. They like to say they are about diversity but you can see they are not once you get in there. Clear favoritism within the office.

I started at fine sight solutions like 2 months back. It is  a great learning experience, very fast paced as I personally was able to be a team leader just in 3 weeks in business. This is the place for individual who are looking for growth and getting into management and running their own business someday. Having a different background didn’t stop me from getting into sales and marketing that I had no experience with because here at fine sight they provide you with necessary training and get you ready for management.

As a student getting first-hand experience in B2C sales, this job gives you experience. However certain managers were ridiculous in terms or expected work hours, were very stubborn, or did not specify details about the job. For example, why are post-field sales being done well after scheduled work times for a job that pays base minimum wage. Or how do you expect sales representatives to drive from Pickering to Peterborough without compensating the employees for the use of their own personal vehicles. No such use of these basic business practices were used. 

I’ve been working here for a few months now and I’ve been exceptionally pleased with the amazing team environment, great management and most importantly, great room for growth within the company.

They are very professional, accommodating and supportive of your goals.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is hard working and willing to put in effort. 

This is not a simple 9-5 clock in and clock out job, hours can be long but it is definitely rewarding and worth it.

Nothing positive to write about. You will work very long hours in extreme weather conditions and at the end of the day you could go home with $0 because you made no sales. Most people there are making less than $1000 a week and this is working 10AM-8PM Monday to Saturday. They have another ridiculous rule where you have to come to office for debriefing after a long day on the field. Management will try to sell you a dream but do not fall for it!! They use this dream to exploit international students. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I began my journey at Fine Sight Solutions as a Management Trainee, and it's truly an exceptional company for those aspiring to build a career in sales. They provide comprehensive training in sales techniques, enabling individuals to climb the sales ladder, eventually becoming managers, and even guiding us in establishing our own sales team. While sales can be challenging, it offers the opportunity to earn a substantial income, thanks to its outstanding commission structure.

it's the typical door to door sales wrapped up as "marketing". you aren't paid unless you stay with the company for 2 weeks and get your first check. they state you can grow and become an executive but everyone who has grew from that company either disappears with no growth or ends up finding a legit job. they lie so they can grab you in and have you do door to door sales with no progression.
