What is the best part of working at the company?
The people, The people is what has kept me there for 9 years. It's not only the people I work with though but the regulars that come into harts and truly make it feel like family.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Serving can and will be stressful anywhere you go. It is generally a fast paced environment so that is key to know when applying to be a server.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture is awesome and the environment is a Work hard, Play hard mentality. Get your job quick, you can go and enjoy time with your family. good work life balance and i have not ever been rejected vacation. We all step up to help one another out. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy, hours are typically 4-6 hours on an average shift. but you are moving the entire time.

Working at Hart's Table and Bar is by far one of my favorite jobs ever, Co-Workers and management were very trustworthy and understanding. Hart's Table and Bar delivered a Caring and Family-like demeanor to every employee and guest.

The people you work with were great. The management was on top of everything. I was told after a lil while by the owner that you could really make a life out of your dedication. Overall I'd say one of the happiest and proudest establishments I ever worked for.

work environments ok, good people needs work on organization and management good food overall an decent experience. creates a good team environment lots of standing if you work in the kitchen. Staff is fun to work with is a fast-paced environment

Management picks clear favourites, gossips about staff members with other staff while at work, and treats everyone as disposable. Tip out is also insanely high so you want with trash money more often than not.

Wonderful palace to work with a competitive landscape and room for advancement.  I loved the team atmosphere and great for creating long-lasting relationships with both clients and teammates.

It is a nice setting and fun people, my experience was ruined by a manager who would belittle me, which is why I left. He no longer works there, and in that regard I would consider working there again.

The restaurant has gone through many management changes in the years it has been open; some for the better and some for worse.  Made me learn to recognize and appreciate good leaders.

Had an alright experience working here. Management is nice enough but unfortunately the AGM isn’t of much use or help. Atmosphere was always tense and for the amount of money, not worth coming into.

Great place to work!  It is a very positive work environment with great customers, staff and amazing food.  My hours were flexible and they were able to accommodate me being a mom!
