Hired as a Lube Technician: 
-Hard work goes unnoticed
-You WILL be taken advantage of, especially if you are young. (Ageism)
-Complete many tasks not in job description (Your job title won't change)
-Don't expect a pay increase, even if you're a top performer.
-You will receive minimal training
-You will be told a promotion is in the works but it will never happen.
-Everyone will talk behind each others back.
-Some co-workers are careless, not striving for success and improvement.

Only good things to say are:
-Owner is very friendly
-You will make friends 
-Guaranteed hours 



WORSE PLACE TO WORK. Managers don't care about you nor what is needed to form a healthy working environment. They will keep adding things to your workload without compensating for the time it takes to get tasks done. UNDERPAID, UNDERVALUED, UNAPPRECIATED. Overall I pity the fools that work at this building that's considered a dealership. Owners micro manages everything, but doesn't know anything about the field he's working in. I would never suggest anyone to start a job or career path here as they have a total disregard for people and the cost of living. 

I started off as a lube tech and quickly got moved to service advisor after they all left within a few weeks of each other. I kept getting more and more work for the same amount of pay. Assistant manager is buddy buddy with you one day and then totally manic the next day and often brings their personal problems to work. 

I have more responsibility and tasks that are not in my job description, the same amount of pay and now I'm getting in trouble because you get pulled in 3 different directions at once.

Owner is a nice guy but management on the service side is awful. I will be leaving here very soon

My time there was great, the management at the time was fantastic, and definitely inspired the journey. The employees at the time were great to work with, and always happy to help. They offer great on the job training, and there is opportunities for advancement. The Christmas parties are awesome and little work events made it feel like you weren’t just an employee, but really part of the family. The only real complaint I ever had was compensation. I do believe it’s the only category where this company lacked, and the only reason I ever left. 

It was a good step in my career. Started as a co-op student got hired as a tire tech. I quickly found out that it wasn’t all what I thought, I would be taken advantage of for my overall friendliness (techs would make me do their jobs while they did other things) I would be told to do jobs that were not stated in my title. Overall I felt taken advantage of while I worked there, agism definitely had a factor since I was young the older techs would assume I’d drop what ever I was doing to help them or do their jobs while they took lunch. No, I came to do my job not yours. 

Working at Holiday Ford has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed and supported by a team that values communication and collaboration. The leadership is approachable and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. 

It’s exciting to be part of a team that values hard work and I look forward to continuing to grow my career with Holiday Ford.

If you like Roller coasters then this place is for you. At least 1 person is fired or quits almost every other week it seems. I was there for many years and I've seen many come and go. The owner doesn't care about you...Only his bottom dollar and niche group of people that work close to him.  Pay is low end. Some nice people work there though. It's too bad.

I worked there as a detailer for about 2 months and honestly was one of the worst jobs I’ve had. I’ve worked at many dealerships and this was by far the worst. Poor management. Felt like people were always talking behind your back. Didint feel secured in my job even thou was putting in great work.

Compared to the last place I worked out this place is still a super chill place to work if you're not totally useless. The managers and owner are really nice and down to earth but that being said you have to be a competent worker. If you're a below average worker you won't last long.

High turnover rate,  every task is micromanaged by at least 3 different people. CEO is condescending and not a nice person to employees that he doesn’t like. Terrible place to work under his ownership
