Nothing but favouritism to a very select few and complete disrespect towards the rest. 
Management is absolutely useless and all need to be replaced. 
The typical work day is comprised of a non experienced supervisor going on an endless power trip while basically hiding all shift so they don’t have to do anything and treating the team with attitude and disrespect and then trying to demand our respect towards them, just to be punished if we don’t comply.
I am highly disappointed with the overall management and attitude of all staff in higher positions as they honestly make me not want to go to work everyday. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is the fact they allow you to play music. They do not however, allow you to use headphones to do it and the track that's constantly running during my shift is very loud.

If you can find a job with similar pay go for that one instead, they congratulated everyone for making an amazing amount of sales during a rush period (that was followed up by an increase in the average amount of orders) only to give a lower annual raise than the previous year

I had high hopes beginning at Imperial, however those were quickly ruined during my time here. Management needs to be cleaned up. There is so much messy activities going on with upper management that falls onto the shoulders of anyone below. There is zero support. Some big changes need to happen here. Get ready to be paid peanuts while being asked to go above and beyond daily. Even after being loyal to the company for 15-20yrs. 

The company has been in constant growth and transition. Extremely quick growth proved its challenges but it's exciting to be a part of the change and the new Imperial. Employee concerns are heard and addressed. Fast paced, exponential growth phase means you have to be able to keep up and be eager to learn. Not a place to work if you just want to kill time and get paid. Executive's are very involved in day to day business and approachable.

Warehouse shipping can be very fast paced when shipping local deliveries.  The returns department is varied and slower paced as we deal with both customer and vendor returns of both pharmaceuticals and front store items.
The hardest part of the job is not being able to use your experiences, skills and potential.  Warehouse work can be dead end.
The enjoyable part of the job was earlier hours which allows for work/home balance.

The company asked me to work for one day to see if I suit the job .than let me know if they would hire me.ibtried it very easy work.than after offering me a job I had to say no.they offered minimum wage and than asked me to be a supervisor for only 16.50 per hour.i tried to negotiate but they stated they normally start people at 15.00 per hour.the warehouse needs work shelving is a disaster.training was a joke.if you need a job look elsewhere

I've never found a job I've "Nope'd" out of faster than this one. They really want to put the brunt of everything on shipping and pay you the same as everyone else. Once I realized I'd accepted alot more responsibility for minimum wage I kinda felt duped and kicked myself for not just accepting the original job offer of order picker. It was also kind of cliquey from what I saw, especially with the office staff but everyone was generally nice.

Working here was Pretty good, had a good work environment, fast paced, work oriented but also fun people to work with. 

Pay was okay but anything to do with raises or pay equalization was dragged out and pushed back months at a time.

benefits were decent if you chose to used them.

they cross trained you very well

If you're fine working in a warehouse with limited safety procedures, no training and extremes of a ton of work to no work than this is your place. 

The Supervisors are pretty sweet but unless you're day staff your almost never see upper management. 

You don't really get the teamwork vibe working here.  People mostly keep to themselves.  Very disconnected.  Seem to be lot's of pettiness between warehouse employees.
