As a former employee of many years I'm glad to say I finally left. It's such a toxic work place I was taking my job home with me an was affecting my family especially my marriage. Allot of broken promises an workload per individual  is not tolerable.  Allot of other good people have left an I do expect more to follow. They can't even replace key people in certain departments.  The ads posted for certain positions speak for themselves. Avoid avoid avoid .

Glad to be rid of the company.  Not a very happy environment, Management and workers has a very big line between to two if you are on the main floor you will never see management come down and if you do hide because there is going to be yelling.  Training is a joke, safety is a joke, they care about the $$$$ you need to do whatever you have to to get things done they don't care how you do it as long as it gets done.  Machines are questionable.  You need to work with what you have and hope for the best.  The best part of the place is at the end of the day when you can leave it.

work is good,everyday i learned something even though its big or small,things that contribute my knowledge and ability to perform my task efficiently and accurately.I have a good environment,the people around me,we are all together as one from top to bottom.Every job that i performed, i considered it a challenge ,it gives more motivation to work,create new ideas, eager to know something that help me to develop my skills and ability in field of inspection.

Ceo always walking around and no one talks to you

Poor very miserable place to work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come In start welding as per work order blue print ask for direction as needed

Everyday is very exciting, learning a lot of things outside from my comfort zone is  really a big challenge for me. With the help of my colleague and the trust of my superiors i achieved to be a well developed CNC Machinist. Before it's really hard for me to take this job but in every day i learned, it will become easy for me to adjust quickly. The most enjoyable part is when i achieved the expectations of my superiors.

I never missed a day, followed all the safety precautions and trying my best to learn and getting use of the place  for three weeks and they terminate me for no reason at all! While in my experience costing someone their job (let alone on training) is a selfish and disgusting behavior. 

This was a great work place though some of the people that I worked with didnt seem like team players. My shift started at 10 am and eneded at 6 pm, I normally finished all my work by no later then 4 pm and was able to assist one of my coworkers with inventory and putting parts away from QA. I would wrap pallets.

Perhaps one of the worst companies I've worked at since it was sold. It used to be a place you enjoyed going to everyday.Now you cant wait for your shift to be over...unfair workloads favoratism horrible pay and measly raises. Supervisors on power trips and management is a joke.

They bait you in by saying there’s a chance for advancement. You mess up once and you’re permanently demoted. You can’t confide in anyone in the workplace because each of them is willing to throw you under the bus!

Stupid company, Very bad management. They just have given guns in the hands of Monkey. They will blame everything on one person No team work No unity No understanding between the management and employees.
