While I have worked in business management and administrative assistant in many jobs’ positions, you will see from my I have good experience in dealing with employees and human relations with experience in personal directions,

In the past I have done a lot of Business Assistant roles that take care of filing systems, maintaining employees’ records and updating it, prepare employees' schedules and payroll and printing letters and managing business confidentiality, very organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task and manage workload.

The great thing about the company is that, it provides you with the tools you need for marketing and advertisement including free personal website which you don't often find with most other brokerages.
As an associate, you are constantly provided with updates and newsletters with helps to keep you current in the industry. Overall, joining Mortgage Architects Inc. has been one of the wisest business decisions I have made in a while...

Given working for an Independent Broker, it had its advantages and disadvantages.  The advantages were the lax non-corporate environment, however the disadvantages were the lack of structure and benefits of working for independent firm.  Unfortunately I was let go when the volumes did not reach the forecasted levels.  Due to being the last individual hired, I was the last individual that was let go.  The non- structural environment as a result did not work in my favour.

Reliable backend system, which makes the administrative work much easier to deal with.

A typical day includes cold calling prospective customer or attending open houses to create relationship with realtors. 

Great opportunities for better than average compensation, however you need to be willing to make next to nothing until you have a well-developed, mature client base.

Not having proper training was the most stressful part at mortgage  Architects

The work environment is extremely unprofessional.

A typical day at Mortgage Architects is trying to find a different brokerage to work for.

The company fosters a positive and welcoming atmosphere, where colleagues and the manager are notably friendly and supportive. It's a great place for professional growth, offering ample opportunities for learning and development. The balanced workload provides a decent amount of tasks to keep employees engaged without overwhelming them. Overall, it's an environment conducive to both personal and professional satisfaction.

Continual support and guidance with an unlimited potential to grow, the organization is truly like a family always there to help support and everyone in the organization from management to the individual agents are there to help each other grow their business.

A typical work day consists of checking emails, follow up with clients and collecting outstanding documents to ensure cases are closed on time. There is no fix schedule, so as self employed you would have to manage your time wisely.

Enjoy meeting new people.  Became self-employed but would rather be a salaried full-time employee in administration.  I like being busy, focused, and am a very hardworking individual whom is dedicated to the Employer.  Reliable and honest.
