CEO will call and degrad you.  They dont care about your heath, there is no balance with home they expect you to work all the time. There is no advancement unless you are a stuck up. They will promise you things and never give it to you (eg raises, promotions, titles). You get fired with no warnings. Lots of turnover

The only thing that is good about this place is you learn a lot. Other then that simply stay away from this place at all costs.

This is the only place where you offer solutions to a problem to be told your wrong and the whole company knows it but because the directors are family there isn't a problem.



Very friendly and amazing coworkers! The management team encourages new ideas and ways to improve. The team is very helpful. There are a lot of new things to learn and everyone is willing to give their time to teach and explain each position.

It’s a great place to work but they need to change the responsibilities on their ad. I honestly don’t think it’s order entry just my point of view, but they treat u like family 

Management is really trying to modernize and make it easier for employees by creating easier processes, better tools and a more collaborative space. A small company with big ideas. great colleagues. It is up and coming and management cares. 

Working at MVP improves my skills. Workplace is very supportive and productive. I am very happy and satisfied with them. A very good team and a great customer service experience.

The company is a great place, diverse, fun, and with a lot of work , you will be learning from everyone , people are always open to help , goof benefits , great place to start your professional experience in Canada 

Productive place, you can apply your ideas, fast paced environment and a lot of things to learn, it can be stressful sometimes. You have opportunity to grow up with the company and get promotion in short time

I am able to learn and grow as an employee.  Relaxed, Learned new things everyday, Management was Great, Workplace Culture was Diverse. The company has a well since of direction and fairness to the employees. 

A small office with big ideas. Great people to work with and enjoyed my time there. Management is hands-on but allows you the freedom to do your job without looking over your shoulder.
