If you enjoy being gaslit, under appreciated, underpaid, over worked, and be told inconsistent ways to execute the food then this is the place for you. Can’t imagine anyone read this and thought that perfect for me. For sure the pizza can be tasty which may be the only benefit of this job. Six month probation, dirty restaurant,  a lack of taking responsibility when equipment breaks down followed by your messages being ignored when they don’t like your needs. Followed by overly abrasive when they need something of you. Not sure how they can run this business like this but they do.

Worst place I ever been worked! Terrible management!!!!!!

Long hours and with no appreciation 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic and unhealthy environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Manager breathing down your neck and not giving clear instructions.

When two managers want different things out of you you're guaranteed to disappoint both of them.
There's nothing exciting about this job.
Just rinse and repeat. For hours at a time.
Occasionally you're asked to think, but it's rare.
Robots should apply. 

the staff was unprofessional and rude. no one seemed to know who was truly in charge. was unorganized and unfair at times. boss was intimidating. not a good experience. would have been a nice environment to work in even with long hours if the other "head staff" or owners were different people.

Upper management consistently took advantage of inexperienced new staff with regards to pay. They guilted staff with public callouts and shaming. They always reneged on any and all promises made. Very little honesty. Very consistent manipulation. 

Great place great staff great food, Good work environment and really taught me a lot about food prep and how to run a kitchen. The management was lenient and nice with times and shifts but sometimes didn't pay on time.

Best place to work in food industry, learn to many things such as managing the tasks, assigning it, customer service, advertising and learn some other skills as well (communication skils)

maker pizza os a good workplace basically its my first job of my life when i came canada to india for my studies .it is a good workplace with better coordination without any harmony

Working there as a dishwasher is pretty chill compared to other places or so I've heard. You get one free pizza and it tastes pretty good but advancement is hard.

I enjoyed working here. It is a growing company, always room for improvement and advancement. Everyone pays equal respect to each other at it starts from top management. Hats off.
