I was a Technician in Vancouver. I was trained inadequately, and then scolded and threatened for not being perfect from day one. I was abused by the local manager on a semi regular basis, and when I inquired about getting help with our personal problem from someone else in the company, I was harangued, and told "there is nobody else, I'M THE BOSS, I'M THE BOSS, I'M THE BOSS!"

I had equipment withheld from me, making it hard to do my job without coming in, unpaid, for more stock all the time, and I was reprimanded when this caused service delays. The manager regularly made up her own version of events to suit her prejudiced assumptions, and she often micro-managed our jobs despite having very little understanding of what we do. 

She was spiteful and petty, and often sent people way out of their way, even when it would be much easier for someone nearby to go to that area. She told weekend dispatchers to not give me any calls, even though I was scheduled to work on the weekend, and not told I wouldn't be working, and when someone gave me a call, they were reamed out. 

When she was upset with me, she would take away all my calls. Other techs would beg me to take their calls because they were overwhelmed, but she refused to transfer any. 

There was one winter where 7 or 8 of the office staff quit, with virtually all of them complaining to labor standards about her. The company investigated her for a day, then everything went back to normal. THey know what she is, and appear to be happy with how she treats people, as she has been there for many years. 

It was known that their policy was to force people to quit, instead of firing them, because she had arbitrarily fired too many people before. I was starved out at the end, going weeks where I was scheduled and got 0 calls a day, and many other days with just 1.

I could go on for hours. But this should give you the flavor.

Horrible place to work. Managers work like puppets under the director who is a ruthless individual. Super stressful 80 percent of the time, greedy management always cutting kilometers on invoices. You can be working here for decades and someone else can come in and offer a lower rate for service and they'll award them work and won't even ask if your willing to lower your rate which too they decided at the time of hiring and speaking to the management about issues is shooting your self in the foot because you will be let go or have your work reduced to lower then minimum wage because your a contractor. 

I would recommended staying away from this company not all that starts well ends well here.

The wortkplace fculture was awful, the constant complaionts and nattering about the job brought the moral down, upper management was a complete joke. a typiocal day at work consisted of our boss arriving late, I learned alot about about devices, hardest part of the job was favourtism to others, enjoyable part of the job was a select few that I have become friends with outside of work. 

It is a fun place to work.
Everyone is treated equally.
Everyone is great.
Everyone is awesome there.
You get help at every point there when you do not understand anything you can just go to the manger there and he would be happy to help you out.
The manager is really understanding.

We sent a GOC witness to this establishment as we received an audit notification. Our internal auditor discovered that this branch needs adjudication due very disrespectful senior staff and management.

The worse company I have worked for.   Extremely low paying and large work loads.   Expect to go years without a raise.   Terrible management due to favoritism.  Unflexible work hours, except for management.  They come and go as they please.

Long hours with minimum wage pay. Almost no communication. Management is a joke. Co workers were the only somewhat good thing about working there. Would not recommend to anyone even if desperate for a job. An absolute joke of company.

Unless it was dysfunctional family this company does not have the family atmosphere they claim too. It's very high school like and unless you're a man you won't succeed in going further up the food chain 

Ok place to work short term. Get a free lunch once a month good hours for the most part. You will never get a raise unless minimum wage goes up. Too many people want to be boss and the manager does not know what's going on.

All around worst place to work. Doesn't pay well, horrible management, very poor morel, no communication, very stressful, alot of favoritism. Would not recommend anyone to apply to work there.
