be polite in dealing with the patients. always bring your smile with you. serving with a smile makes he patient feel more lite if they can see that you are aware of the feeling they have it is much easier for them to deal with it. That's the most enjoyable part that you can do for the job. the lesson I learned and continously learning is that you can be the best that you can be by doing the right thing to do and putting a heart on what you are doing. Management is always there to keep you on tract in anyways they can help you improve yourself with regards to anything related with the work, sometimes also to your self.

day time work will give you more opportunity to manage your work load according to the flow of the incoming work order and getting in touch on time on the base line of the job that will give you more idea of what is next to  be done the next day. the hardest part is when you are trying your best to keep in touch to someone to get the job done and you don't get any response especially when it is needed to be done in order to keep it in its level of being safe.

answer phones, book appointments, scanning, filing, indexing, patient referrals. assisting doctor when required, cleaning and stocking rooms, taking the patients vitals and inputting them into the system, growth charts for children

I love this position. I enjoy working with others as well as the public. I enjoy keeping busy and making sure everything is organized and every task is completed on time and efficiently. I like to be involved with data entry as well as hands on tasks.

This is where I was able to complete my hours for my college program as a MOA.

Rehearsed things physically, that I was taught through school such as, entering the OHIP codes for Dr. review for billing, Patient Filing, Pt. room preparation, Patient Care/Customer Support, etc.

Working as a Medical Office Assistant provided a friendly workplace, with nice coworkers and plenty of learning experiences within the field. Working with patients was enjoyable, as well as completing organizational tasks within the office.

Being located on Stony Plain Road, this clinic is an amazing place to work.  The patients are very diverse, the staff is amazing and feel like a family.  I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is passionate about Medical Administration.

Nice place to work owners are great. There are no benefits or pension. There is only one full time staff member and one part time.
employee hours are typically 8-4. mon-fri. Two very busy doctors with a lot of patients.

I am working as an executive administration handle everything for the clinic as  of incoming calls, booking patients appointment, billing and collect payments
