worst place i ever worked. the weekend supervisor and lead hands don’t treat you like a person. they talk to you like your worthless and they have they’re favourites. if your not one of them, good luck. the supervisor doesn’t do anything except sit in his office all day stay on his phone and go out for smoke breaks. 
i’m a lot younger then all the people there and it’s like i working with a bunch of elementary kids because if one thing happens, they’ll go rat on you to the supervisor. and he loves his rats. you don’t ever get told good job for anything you do there , unless your one of his favourites again, then they might give you a gift card. but as soon as you don’t do as good, you’ll be hearing it from them. i worked here for a while and never got a raise, only time my pay went up was when minimum wage went up and if they didn’t bump it up, i would have been making less then minimum wage. definitely would never recommend this place to anyone in my life. 

I was hired on about 6 months ago.  Is Neocon perfect certainly not.  there is room for improvement in many areas.  That said I enjoy my work day on day shift.  There are long at 12 hours however we do get 4 15 min breaks and 1 30min lunch break.  The tasks are very repetitive however you would have to expect that in an assembly plant.  The training process is a bit slow however, they do have a good system to cover all the topics you need learn.  It would be better if there were more mentors to help train.  
From very early on each employee is expected to understand their role in the work cell they are assigned to.  It can change form time to time so being able to read instructions well is needed for sure.  I am thankful to have a job and I enjoy my job at Neocon.  My co-workers have been nice to me and I enjoy speaking to my lead hands, they have been very helpful.  

The work is not that bad. However management on the floor is another story. Brown nosing and favoritism is rampant on weekends and the floor pets and minions do their bidding. No promotion or advancement based on merit and hard work. You advance based on brown nosing and being the best floor pet. Floor pets get certain privileges over other workers for example like going on smoke breaks while everyone else is slaving during production runs. Makes the work environment utterly ridiculous and demoralizing. If you are a hard worker with integrity and dignity avoid the weekend shift.

Please avoid working here. Management is nothing but bullies. You won’t get anywhere is your not one of their favourites. The weekend shift is a joke. The supervisors will make every day there for you miserable if you’re not one of his buddies.
I’ve never seen so many people quit or get fired from there. They fire people so quick and for no good reason. Even after years of working there.
No matter how good you work you won’t hear good job from anyone. But if you do something wrong or don’t have the best day, you’ll be hearing all about it. There’s no motivation.

Guaranteed hours per week depending on shift. Work is not hard but can get backed up if you’re new and not used to it or slack off. Pay is pretty decent for the kind of work being done.  Many different sorts of jobs including forming parts, putting on Velcro, packing and putting on bungees. Work hours can be long at 11 or 12 hours depending on shift  but your weekends are pretty good. Some favouritism but not an issue as long as you work and have a mostly positive attitude.

Great bosses and treated as a person not just a number. Good team environment.

Nothing stressful it's a good place to work

It is Fast paced and busy but it makes your shift go by faster.

The only good thing I can say about neocon is the pay is alright and work is stable, everything else.. not so much. 
If you enjoy working with whining adults acting like high school kids that start and talk about drama all day, this place is for you. No place to advance to even though they promise it, only people that “management” like get the good jobs while everyone else is stuck doing the harder ones. Very negative and non rewarding work environment. Would not recommend working here.

there are so many new things going on at Neocon that one is always learning and figuring out new problems. once a worker can be trusted, they are given a lot of say on their projects and given the chance to explore. it is fast-paced with a great supporting team and managers. they are a relatively small company that is doing extremely well and working with the largest automotive companies in the world

Is a job but not a career. Looking for a career that I can advance in the company and continue to learn. 
Your day stars at 6am and ends at 6pm.
I work in the fabrication department where I apply tape within preset areas. I also learned how to pack parts according to the processing instructions. I also scan materials for inventory. I operate a pallet Jack /fork lift.

This is the worst workplace I ever worked. Supervisors always doing partiality, because the old employees are their relatives and everyone’s knows each other. The old employees always wants easy duty and when new employees take their position , then they started complaining about new employees and supervisors fired the new employee. There is monopoly, they are not professionals. Don’t recommended.
