The management at NYLPD is absolutely amazing. They truly care about you and who you are, not only as an employee, but as a person. NYLPD cares about your professional growth and offers opportunities to attend workshops and webinars. The staff at this centre are supportive, creative, fun, and knowledgeable. At NYLPD, you'll feel more like a member of the family than an employee. If you have a positive attitude and are passionate about your work, your time working at NYLPD will be successful. You won't regret working for this company.

North York Little prints daycare is a great place to work as one can experience a warmth from most of the team members and good hearted managers. They are friendly and supportive and being sympathetic. Teachers are very welcoming and overall very helpful and willing to teach children.
Not only this, there are various advancement opportunities for the employees to grow and build their profession such as workshops and continues learning. 
Overall, it is a great experience being a member of North York Little Prints family.

This is the worst job culture that I've ever been apart of. The staff members and management are catty and unprofessional - there is far too much disclosure about their personal lives. If they don't like you, they won't communicate with you, making your job nearly impossible to do safely. The policies surrounding how to address at-risk behaviour displayed by youth is a joke. The only good thing about the job is the children and the amount of money you're paid an hour. The rest is below par.

Good pay but everyone appears to be miserable. Everything has to be done according to the managers way and very clique-y. This location also does late shifts for example 9:30-5:30pm instead of 8:30-4:30. They don't have early morning shifts unless you work in their school age spilt shifts. 

Coworkers are great but many of them dont seem happy to be there. Management could be better, its okay. Great pay compared to other daycares and good benefits. programming seems very intense. Great location to work and accessible because it is connected to the Go and ttc. week to week scheduling is flexible but booking vacations or days off is a nightmare. 

I love to go to work everyday. The staffs and management are very friendly and have each other's back when needed. We have a very understanding and caring supervisor. I also like the fact that teachers have all excess to the tools and materials needed to help children's  development.

NYLP is a great company to work for. They are committed to providing their employees with resources to aid children’s learning. Offer/Notify staff of workshops that would be useful to you in the field. The staff works as a fantastic collaborative team with the support of the Supervisor. I found that being proactive and taking the initiative is greatly appreciated and recognized. I take pride in working here. 



I had fun working in North York Little Prints daycare. The management always tried to accommodate to my individual needs and gave me sufficient professional trainings. The co-workers were friendly, children were super cute and their families were nice to me too! I definitely miss working there.

I was very fortunate to begin in this field with NYLPD. To this day, I am consistently learning more about working as part of a team, about children's various ways of learning and how to incorporate their interests and hobbies into an emergent program.

Bad management. The management will not support you when problem arises  instead they will shove it under the rug. Workplace is a disaster, small office space for the before and after program and the supervisor is a suck up.
