Their low compensation plans and separated sales floors are what keeps their revolving door of well-proven salespeople flowing. The bullying culture that they ignore is what keeps the revolving door of young, green, high-potential salespeople flowing. And when you become the longest tenured salesperson after being there for 2 months, you know that's a problem.

Also, if you're gonna unethically hold a customer's deposit or add an extra fee, at least give the salesperson a cut of that payday.

I've been working at Northside Mitsu for over a year and a half now, and despite the criticisms we may face as salespeople, this dealership is fighting the stigma! It is hard work and not for the lazy, but if you put in the time, the money is there! The best management team I have ever had, and a rare opportunity in terms of advancement, as basically everyone in management started on the sales floor. Truly the best sales job I have ever had, and if you are working to make the most you can, this is the place to be!

You work hard, you get paid. Not a job for someone who waits for opportunities to come to them.  Need to be personable, credible and have the ability to build trust in the customer. Need to know the products and to be able to find customers through referrals.
Overall a decent place to work.  Laughs, free lunch on Saturdays.
Must be willing to work various shifts and long hours some days.

Northside Mitsubishi has a very fun and comfortable atmosphere that makes your long days feel just a little shorter. Although your daily tasks may seem tedious at times, you get to use creativity to take on new challenges and ways of approaching customers that bring excitement and independency to the job! If you work here, you won’t only build your skills in sales, speaking and critical thinking, but you’ll grow as a person too! 

Awesome place to work. It's a competitive, fast-paced culture that brings out the best in you. You can make six figures and you'll receive all the training necessary but it comes down to the work you put in while you're there. They do their best to promote in-house as well. It's always great to see the top performer go into management. 

Workers not always paid properly, treated as pawns and not given proper job descriptions. Standard operating procedures and workplace duties are kept as vague as possible in order to allow management to get you to do whatever they ask, even if it's far from what they hired you for

Working at Northside Mitsubishi has been some of the best years of my life. Everyone is relaxed and professional in the perfect balance while being very helpful and caring for one another essentially one great big family! I would recommend if given the opportunity to work he to jump on it! 

Place was awesome to work. They push you in a positive ways to learn and grow. The shop is a little slow but it has a great work life balance, wage is good, and the people are easy to get along with. Management is awesome and the boss has your back as a tech. Would recommend working here.

Great place to work as a sales consultant whether you're just starting out or have done it for awhile. Great management that is super hands on, and will make sure you don't fail.
