our boss would tell us to continue on pollying the walls and seal everything leaving no air pressure.I learned allot especially handling with tools ,such as glue can ways of spraying glue or cutting Polly.Then when everything seems to be ready we suit up for the task such as removing Espestos. The management its okay ,were told of the safeness at the beginning of our job , I enjoy everyone of my co-workers who don't mind my approach. I wouldn't say the is a specific hardest part of the job , i see it as a challenge that we can overcome and learn how to achieve it.The most enjoyable part of the job,is when we work together and then ending up finishing the job ,and go home earlier then expected with jobs pay day..

Everyone on the management team has their own roles to play, but these are performed with the assistance and experience from the whole team. One of the best parts of my job is the level of collaboration with coworkers, "many hands make the work load lighter," as they say. Also, the company is invested in the personal growth of all employees and are consistently investing in new training classes classes, workshops, live discussions, annual employee reviews, team building exercises, etc.

My experience at Nucor has been very positive.  I have been assigned meaningful tasks with clear direction to established processes that are understood by all workers.
The office environment is a friendly and casual, where non-work related activities  are often held to increase personal engagement and create a fun working environment.
Management is always available and approachable when questions or concerns arise.

Nucor Environmental Solutions is a company that prioritizes people. It has a strong team environment - everyone pulls together to meet the goals. The work can be challenging at times, but there is always someone willing to take the time to teach or collaborate with. All in all, Nucor is a great company to work for and I'd recommend the company to anyone who is looking to succeed.

Petty backstabbing horrible training unprofessional deceiving just don’t work for them they will treat you like dirt there is no formal management training basically managers can do whatever they want to and only have to get the president’s approval and he is absent and has no interest in anyone there

always on your feet great crews you do have to be in really good physical shape it is demanding great way to stay in shape they are really strict about stuff which is good while dealing with asbestos

The job is a mixed bag of work. One day, you might be bagging insulation and drywall. The next, grinding and chipping asbestos compound off of a 12 foot concrete wall

Accounting seems to try and run the show. Very catty work environment. Communication is the worst, management from different areas do not communicate 

good place to work, nice people and a good atmosphere, would recommend to my friends, decent pace of work and tries to answer all work related questions
