I'm no stranger to the ins and outs of warehouse/factory work and machine operation, but this was a complete waste of time.

I worked on the sifter with one other person and was overwhelmed by the amount of work I had to do in such little time. Despite the incredibly helpful coworker who was training me, I was given no leeway or direction despite being new and got tons of dirty looks. I was finally brought aside and let go after a supervisor suggested I try another department, which was immediately shot down.

I was given no chance. I doubt they'll give you one either.

at nutrablend i spent most of my adult life working from the bottom to the top.

it was a good job when i wasnt at the managment level but when i took on the role of supervisor it became more and more demanding and i felt that it was taking away from my home life.

the management at this company is very harsh towards the employees often finding issues where they do not exist or finding reasons to discipline or fire employees who have there own opinions.

A typical day at work would be to go in to work for 4:45 am and get the line set up and to get the paper work started or to get the machine and room ready for production. I learned how to Operate the machine that filled the bottles/pails/bags. I also Learned how to do the paperwork that was necessary. The hardest part of the job was to keep everything running with out many problems. the most enjoyable part of my day was interacting with fellow employees and temporary employees and to see how they were doing.

Working on a rotating assembly line with loading product, inspecting and packing. Work place was clean. The hardest part of the job was when there was an order of a heavier product but with the rotation we had a break. The most enjoyable was that we met and became very close friends with our co-workers.

The job was challenging but the sense of winning every time a challenge is overcome is amazing. Team work was key at Nutrablend and all teams helped one another to accomplish the best customer satisfaction.

Everyday was busy but fulfilling overseeing the quality of products in the plant, creating formulations, and handling regulatory affairs. Co-workers made the days go by quickly and made the work easier.

All the employs work well together in a team setting and productively.In addition, all the work gets done in a timely  manner and on a set due date. Organization is key, in knowing where all the ingredients for the product are located.

Job was fun but hard i enjoyed the people there and the supervisors, i also really enjoyed the work i liked the hours and days i had to work because it kept me really busy
