Precise parklink had a very big issue when it came to where to spend their money. They purchased a robot to help customers or visitors better navigate the warehouse, yet they used it twice before letting it collect dust. During that time, they also demanded that their employees wear very cheap scrubs in hopes to unifi everyone, except for management. The scrubs were cheap and would get torn very easily, yet they would only provide a limited amount of replacements before you yourself as an employee had to purchase them on your own. There was no room for growth, the tools they provided were a joke, and yet they expected you to work at full efficiency, despite the fact that we never had the right parts to work with, or would have to wait for them to come in. 



Warning: Toxic Work Environment

At first, you’ll feel welcomed — but don’t let that fool you. Within days, the reality sets in. The workplace is full of toxic politics, and it quickly becomes clear that you're not valued.
Instead of doing the actual job you were hired for, you’ll find yourself being treated more like a garbage collector — figuratively and literally. Respect and professionalism are non-existent. The management doesn’t care how you feel or what you're going through.

It’s a very ugly and demoralizing place to work. Think twice before joining.



if you are looking for a place with poor organization, nepotism but after all not bad pay, and friendly environment you can try.
The management is friendly but they don't pay attention to the requests of workers, this is not a fast paced environment, there are days you can be very busy and other days pretty relaxed, the basic hourly pay is not bad, but career and growing are related to your level of recommendation with management and friendship with the owner family

Poor training opportunities. Large turn over due to poor management and support.  Lack of proper equipment that’s exasperated by over worked employees.  Vacation pay is paid out each pay and forced to take time off for vacation with lack of pay because it’s paid out every pay. No care for their clients or employees. It is clear you are just a number. 

If their stuff breaks down by itself, you will be punished for it. Management terminated my employment because their car broke down. I had no say and they would not listen to what my supervisor had to say. Don't work for this company. Only the supervisor cares about the employees, management doesn't. 

Poor vehicle & equipment maintenance.   Very disorganized.  Not enough manpower.   Heavy dependence on overtasking of employees with none of the accompanying expected renumeration.

When I worked their the place was run like a prison.  No talking, chewing gum, or smiling.  Heads down and work like a soldier or the owners' parents will chew you out.  They were in there 80's I believe.  Ridiculous!  Lots of turnover because of it.  Manager and co-workers were great though.  Great learning opportunity and ability to grow if you ask and prove your ability.

Management and people who are working as customer service are awesome, they always put customers and workers first, doing every human possible effort to help customers. And all agents are trained this way. Sometimes operation requires longer working hours but there is always support from coworkers and management.

A terrible and toxic workplace, a zero respect for employees unless you good a... kisser otherwise, stay away from this unprofessional management.   If you're not family, you're treated with very little respect making it a terrible and toxic work environment. Run away if you have any other options. Worst place I have ever worked. T

They don't have a job description. They hire you for all the work like cleaning,  Snow clearing,  Kerbside cleaning and plenty of things to avoid their excessive payment 
 The management is so pathetic and they only prefer ppl or staff who are yes man. Once you work you can't get out.
