Working at SOS Media Corp for the past three years has been an exceptional journey that has enriched both my professional skills and personal growth. As a dedicated member of the team, my role as a website developer and graphic designer has allowed me to immerse myself in the world of creativity and innovation. I cannot recommend SOS Media Corp enough, as it truly stands out as a top-tier company in our industry.

Furthermore, the workplace culture at SOS Media Corp is unparalleled. Collaboration and teamwork are at the core of the company's values, and this fosters an environment of mutual respect and support among colleagues. The sense of camaraderie among the team members makes every day enjoyable and fulfilling.

It really sucks seeing negative reviews from past co-workers attacking our amazing staff because things didn't work out, this is easily the best team i've gotten to be apart of!

Having been at the company for several years now, I can easily say this has been one of the best workplaces and companies I've worked at. 

The work culture is very positive and collaborative. Everyone is hired for their skills, and the agency leans into people's talents. The team is very friendly and eager to get to know you.

Management is very supportive and puts staff first before clients. They are open to any discussions and helpful when problems arise. 
There is a lot of room for growth when you perform well. You are able to set the path for your own career. 

Vacation days are very flexible. The first year of employment starts with 2 weeks (standard) plus time off between Christmas and New Year's (while monitoring email & messages from clients). 

The agency can have its times of growth which can be challenging from a time management standpoint, but you are able to lean on others for additional support. 

While agency life is fast paced, life at SOS is overboard crazy. You will be overworked, and have tons of tasks happening at once that will overwhelm you. So many tasks take the enjoyment away of what you do and you won’t have fun at work. There is also micromanagement a lot of times, so you don’t get the chance to implement a lot of your ideas or strategize yourself.

Vacation policy is also not very generous…you get one week off during the year and one week off when the office closes at Christmas you have to take. You’re also required to be on-call during the Christmas vacation. 

Benefits are not super competitive, no personal days, sick days are unpaid and you’re expected to hop into meetings sometimes if you’re not feeling well. Not a lot of salary of increases, and no room to grow or move up in your career. 



Training.... if you can call it that is a joke.
They leave out KEY information.  There's zero help when you ask questions or the answers come the next day. They claim a tribe or family like culture but from my experience it was a nightmare. Management was all over the place, The staff?  The overall experience was terrible. Communication? Non existant or Right up in your face and rude.
Hours? Show up half hour early but don't sign it til start time.... get those leads on your own time. Unclear schedule. Work life balance? HA!
Co-workers?  Brown nosers, heartless , or scared to lose their jobs.

It’s all made possible because of the team. They are always willing to jump in and help out whenever anyone needs them and they are creative genius’s! Their talent always drives me to be better. 

Working in a fast-paced, high energy environment might be tough for some people, but honestly working here has shaped my career.

I came to SOS looking to build my experience in the communications/marketing industry, and I've grown so much in my career since starting here. The atmosphere is fun and the people are so great. It's a fast-paced industry, which means you always have exciting projects on the go at all times. There is a great amount of collaboration with other departments. I recommend SOS for anyone looking to start their career or continue their career in the digital marketing industry! 

I came into SOS not having much experience in the industry. Management took a chance on me and I'm very thankful for that. I have learned so much in the process and have been given the opportunity to grow a career. I feel and appreciate the flexibility from management when it comes to my day-to-day life. Overall this is a dynamic, fun, and fast-paced environment to be in.

I never felt too stressed to come to work. If there are any personal problems, managed partners will find a way to help and support. We don't forget about your birthdays and value every member of our team.
