I highly recommend working for this company. The upper management and staff are just amazing. I still consider them "family".
I really enjoyed waking up and going to work for them. You learned so much through different type of classes and just your everyday learning from the guests. They also have the best company events for their staff! Super fun!! Really great way to get to know the staff in different departments. 
They were there to listen and gave great advice.
I found the hardest part of the job is the end of different season's when some of the staff decides to move on. 
The food is amazing and the events are so beautiful!
If you do not end up working here...I highly recommend you going for a visit..breathtaking..see for yourself!

I’ve been employed with the Gondola for over 2 years now and it’s by far the best company I’ve worked for.  Management is supportive and caring. The workplace culture is unlike anything I’ve been apart of before.  Several staff parties and other staff functions throughout the year to keep moral up. It’s a tight knit company with room to expand for the right people. I don’t have anything bad to say.

It’s a really great summer job but they don’t offer a lot great benefits. Have to deal with rude guests. Standing for long periods of time nine hours of most. Fun to  interact  with some really nice kind funny guests. If someone is open minded to deal with anyone I would suggest this job for you. On side note get paid way to less for a really important role. Kitchen staff get paid way to much.

I’ve worked in this city my entire F&B career. This is one of my favourite places to work ever! It’s a majestical place to work and if people don’t see it they may not get it. Travellers are my favourite because they get it. So beautiful 

Worked here for a couple years, enjoyed it at first but quickly realized how toxic the entire management team are. No room for development meaning you hit a ceiling in your career. HR extremely shady and unprofessional. Would not recommend working here.

So many friendly people, I would often look forward to going in just to see everybody :) perfect place for someone on a work visa, plenty of variety of tasks in food and beverage, as well as spectacular views from up the mountain. I met so many cool people while I worked there.

Horrible management, very high turn over rate, pathetic wages, questionable HR,  fun at first but then you realize all the cracks in the company and how badly it’s run and that takes the fun away

Provides a great place for people to work n a community minded company. Seasonal work is better for this company. will be hiring for the spring so keep your eyes open for great work opportunities at one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Terrible wages, high turnover and poor management.
Had issues, asked HR for help and nothing happened, no help provided. Just confusion and bad meetings with management.
 No chances to grow or get different positions. 

Prep food and serve on the line.
Learnt a lot about food safety.
Most enjoyable part of the job was working with a new team and meeting a lot of people from all around the world.
