As a Commission sales person I like to stay busy. I also like to work all clients until I or they find what they are looking for. I listen to all clients wants and needs and try to stay within budget ranges. Repeat cliental and referrals are the best way of getting ahead. I am looking for a growing business that I can help to expand through sales and continue to earn an above average wage for the next 10-15 years where my knowledge can be put to use. In sales I always try to be a very close second best but really strive for first place bonuses.

Unfair wages for both part time and full time staff. They are paid very similar, even though the full-time receptionist does a lot more.  There’s no room for advancement or moving within the company. Receptionists don’t get breaks even when working a 9.5 hour shift unless someone in sales is available to sit at the desk for you, that means no bathroom breaks until someone is free. Although most of the staff is very friendly and enjoyable to work with, management is poor. I’ve seen multiple receptionists leave because of unsettled issues between staff which management doesn’t address.

Sherwood Nissan was an ok place to work at. It was very face paced in the service department because they were understaffed. Advisors were very busy and over worked with no help from management and it was like pulling teeth to get advisor "bonuses" paid out. Hygiene of MANY employees when I worked there was very poor and unbearable and managers wanted nothing to do with talking to employees about improving their hygiene. Training was mediocre so hopefully you have experience and know what you're doing when you're hired.

I was taken aside and was told I was not dressed up enough everyday, including wearing makeup. (Can't actually wear makeup all the time as I have sensitive Skin), Was treated rudely by some of the male staff, as well as made uncomfortable. Was asked if I wanted to work Holidays and that if I didn't they would be distributed out evenly, ended up working every holiday. When requesting days off 2 weeks in advance and approved they would then schedule me in and say they cannot accommodate me anymore even after they approved and plans have been booked.

Great place to work, good culture, good leadership. Nice place to learn and obtain different experiences. The company also provides opportunities to grow.
Management is top-notch. Never a dull moment in the dealership. Always something to do so you can always find new things to learn!

Ty Beggining as owner is a man of vision and accountability. He has high regard for those who stand with him and work for the standard wanted. He has a customer service as number one attitude and strives to maintain this with a passion. 

The product is great and the repeat business attained speak loudly about the integrity of this company.

A great place to hone your sales skills.  Even if you are starting out it is the best opportunity to develop your personal skills.  The environment is welcoming and staff is all very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to put in the time, you will be compensated very well.

M.M is the greatest GM ever! Place was awesome to work at had a family feel to it!! Controller she is awesome!! HR girl is great! Parts depart were some pretty cool peeps. It was a great team to work for!! After ten years it was time to grow. I thank M.M weekly!! 

A typical day at work requires you to pick up the task of ther advisors who fail to show up for their work and take on extra work orders while being payed the minimum along with a service manager who’s checked out completely and waiting for retirement 

Such an amazing experience to work here. Management was very understanding and patient with employee's. The GM is a family man and actually cares about his employees.
