This company provides BBQ catering services for Special Events.

Great team atmosphere. Bosses are fun. It was an enjoyable experience and I learned a lot about food and food services.

The most difficult part of the job was having no control over the weather and many events were done in inclement weather which can put a damper on the occasion.

I would recommend this as a good place to work if you are looking for seasonal work.

Management is super nice and helpful; if you ask for extra hours they will give  you it if you work hard. Free food,paid breaks; very friendly workers

Punching out. This is because the community is very friendly, throwing out jokes and congratulating others on shifts that are especially difficult. Also, there is never any pressure because if one person is having trouble there will always be another person to help out. Even the managers!

This company is not a good place to work. The managers made inappropriate comments regularly. There was no guarantee of shifts. The pay is minimum wage and you are expected to pay for uniform and snacks. They mostly hire students. 

Management is well trained with excellent communication skills.
Hours are available when events are booked.
The work environment is friendly and lively.
Constantly travelling to many parts of Greater Toronto Area.
Every event is a fun party.

The management was really relaxed and casual.  The environment, in general, is casual but when it's time to work you gotta get to it. 

The hardest and most enjoyable part of the job was dealing with the heat, but it's better than being stuck in an office.

disingenuous owners. a revolving door of students. poor training of leads and unsafe trucks. 
The sweets and foods while working were nice but not worth the drama that comes from the owners not handling problems in a timely manner.
Overall poorly managed.

Simply BBQ is a very welcoming environment and creates lots of room for growth to all employees! Requirements include light labor and organization/responsibility skills.     

Really enjoyed working here. Reasonable hours and expectations. Need good customer service skills and interactions. Important to pick up on how business, menu, and catering works. 

Inclusive environment, makes everyone feel welcome. Very accommodating of balancing work schedules and availability. Staff and higher-ups are very understanding.
