What is the best part of working at the company?
Sometimes you get a really nice team! Be careful of how you deal with the company leadership, they can be quite dubious in their dealings.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of expertise since everyone is an intern but with no guidance from anyone with a permanent role. It is like a huge manpower pool which they are using for free!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is fine but at the finishing of the internship, there is seemingly no recognition of the work that you do. So, if anyone is joining the company, be careful of how much effort you put it in. Only try to learn as much as you can but don't push yourself too much as there will be absolutely no recognition

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The working hours are really wide since people from around the world will be there with different timezones with weekly 2-3 meetings.

Fast-paced environment with clear pathways for career growth. They use the latest technologies and CRM systems for tracking of progress. The dynamic nature of the work can be overwhelming at first.

Employees are empowered to take ownership of tasks. Leadership is very supportive of learning experiences for staff through tasks. Some inter-department processes could be streamlined.

Pros: The team is friendly, and there are clear opportunities for growth within the department.  
Cons: Some of the customer service tools could be more intuitive.


The leadership is very supportive and encourages creativity and professional growth.  Campaign deadlines can be tight at times, leading to occasional overtime.


Leadership has a clear strategic direction, and the team is focused on achieving set goals. Marketing budgets can be restrictive at times, but we usually find solutions.


The office environment is friendly, and there’s a good amount of flexibility in working hours.  Some of the administrative tools could be improved for greater efficiency.


Smooth operational workflows and great team collaboration. Some CRM software could use upgrades, but there are active teams that continuously are improving it.
