Solutions 2 GO is a nice working environment, very quiet and clean. The people in the Sales Order Coordinator team are very nice as well as the manager. The job I applied for was the sales order coordinator position and in my opinion, the role was not at all how it was described to be in the job description. The job is heavily surrounded with data entry and there is no interaction with clients. It is stated to be a customer service role, but lacks all of the customer service. You’re only interactions is with your other colleagues from different departments through email and it is all independent work, no team building. The role consists of data entry and processing so it is mostly operations.  I would not recommend this job to someone who likes to interact with people and is very customer oriented as this is a position which is heavily independent and data entry based. 

Gathering fiancial information, analysis and prepare reports, verify taxes by country, perform analisys by account.
 •	Produced monthly financial statements and GL vs. Sub-ledger reconciliations
•	Processed accounts payable and accounts receivable
•	Prepared variance report  
•	Maintained report for the unpaid customer and unused credit memos by date ranges
•	Prepared AP/ AR, inventory  reconciliation 
•	Implemented cost accounting systems to analyze profit improvement opportunities
•	Verify taxes reports by country 
. Worked with external auditors, bank auditors

I was on Contract, for their busy seasons of October, November, and December. I loved working  at Solutions the environment was welcoming and familiar they were all a family. on a typical day I was working at different stations I worked on the assemble line in morning and in the afternoon  in was working in shipping. I learned a lot the workplace culture was amazing different ethnic backgrounds, management was friendly. the hardest part of my job was the lifting sometimes my wrist would begin to hurt and my back because of the standing and bending.

Solutions 2 GO is one of the most amazing companies to work for. There are not enough words to describe S2G as an employer. It's a fantastic place to work! Great people, great benefits, they care about who they hire and want you to succeed. Management is considerate and fosters growth and development, and the workplace culture is awesome. Having worked for S2G for 11 years proves that it is a great place to work and learn. 

Management and HR play games and are not forthcoming
Be careful when applying as they are not an ethical workplace to work in

HR are biased and will not give you the appropriate answer
CEO is absolutely horrible to work with 
And the company has many family member working within the office thus you are being watched and judged

Cons:
huge turnover- 25 out of 30 ppl left in a year
Unbearable politics
Favoritism at its best 
No recognition
records day-to-day minor insignificant mistakes and uses them to cut bonuses
plays childish mind games with employees
HR reveals every details to the same senior management you raised complaints against

Pros:
Christmas party

Poor Management, dictatorship and no appreciation to good hardworking people.
You have to suck up to the owner to be recognized,
No work life balance. Used to be good but not until new management took over. New CEO, global CEO is rude and insensitive.

Some days are too slow.  Other days are too hectic.  Workplace and colleagues are great and easy to get along. Keeping a steady pace of work is the thing that would need to improve.

Solutions 2 Go had a lot of social events after hours and sometimes during hours like a team building day. A typical day at S2G was entering accounts payable invoice.
