Each department is run differently and based on the management for each department, it is either enjoyable or absolutely awful.

Chronic understaffing in some areas, employees could be doing multiple roles or a role other than their own just to cover all the bases which is extremely stressful. 

First real experience working in an office environment with cubicle and different faculties/jobs people worked at. Was very good experience and taught me a lot about how office culture works and what to expect going into the future.

My job was to distribute files to verification clerks through email as well as manage files and requests for information from the employees as well as enter data into spreadsheets for said files and files completed so they could be tracked.

This place is a good first job for anyone entering the work force but if you are experienced or need to support a family this is not the place for you.  The pay is low and no raises given even though promised all the time.  Under staffed and overworked for the money provided.  Office has good perks appointment time and relaxed environment.  Management has no clue what is going on.  High turn-over in departments.

I've worked for Stewart for over 10 years.  Staff are friendly, work are stressful but manageable. I enjoyed working with my co-workers.  We treated each other as friends and we respect each other.  Whenever someone needs help, everyone is there to help.  We share foods, snacks and jokes and sometimes we exercised together.   I was sad that I was let go but due to shortage of work, I was laid off.

Worked here for 8 years. Management is horrible and does not respect or appreciate their employees. Coworkers are great people and very helpful. No raises for the past three years and you’re expected to do the work of two people and still maintain a high level of customer service.

Lack of training in upper management leads to employees being stressed. Pay is well below standard. No perks except for upper management. VPs have no management skills and need to be held accountable for their dismissive and tyrannizing behaviour.

I gained so much experience while working there. However, the team management doesn’t care about you as long as you make them happy or work hard. If you speak up or stand for right then you will be terminated.

Good place to work, however somewhat isolated due to size of territory. Regular raises and bonuses, great colleagues.

Great place to work, but top levels are not worker friendly. Department VPs are generally great to work for and staff are very friendly. Only issue was salary and HR Department.

Company has solid mission and vision. Employees always looking to improve and develop proactively. SMall companie in Canada that is growing along with the market.
