- work with wonderful people in house and out of house.
- start and monitor different heat cycles all over north america
- review, create, store different documentation
- constant use of nextel, email, VoiP, fax, share point
- most difficult part is when you are bombarded dealing with 15 job sites calling in at once wanting to start their day and you are trying to get paperwork done along with dealing with many different problems going on at different sits
- most enjoyable part is when site calls up and thanks you and says that you are one of the best operators and what a wonderful job you've done - as it is very rare to hear that now a days from any employer

As a former Level IV trained field technician, I can honestly say. I loved my job heat treating in the industries. People were great and supportive. YOU MUST work with the rest efficiently ! 
Having 15+ years experience and no longer being in this trade; makes me miss it even more 😔 such a shame really.. I was an incredible tech with personal issues(resolved btw🥰)
Those truely were some of the greatest days of my life folks. I miss it alot

If you are looking to learn about Heat Treatment and become the part of  a very successful fast growing company- Superheat is the right choice.

Things seem to change a lot in Controls department and sometimes feels like its borderline IT. However there is lots you can learn in this department that makes you more aware of some general technologies. Communication between yourself and work sites can be the hardest thing to coordinate. However everyone seems really nice here and it's easy to work with people.

Management does not care about employees.  Supervisor provided poor training, was highly critical and constantly micromanaging.  Expected to work extra hours for no compensation.  I left a great job for false promises, was let go before probationary period for vague reasons and now I am left without a job.  My advise - DO NOT WORK HERE!

This was a company with great vision. Created by one person it now grows at about a rate of 50% per year. And with this growth came the excitement and commitment of its’ employees.  And because they are international I was able to work with people from all over. They have a sort of internal "texting" systems which shortens the length of time sending emails back and forth. A very progressive company.

It was a good experience, I meet some new good coworkers,very humble and friendly people.good atmosphere .
Management is great as well very professional and willing to listen and help. 
Btw I worked for a short term, but you can tell it's a great company. 


Great employer that provides ample advancement opportunities to internal employees, and really appreciates and understands work-life balance. Offers great compensation package including benefits and pension. A lot of long term employees, which shows loyalty and employer commitment.

Basically a  circus full of clowns to work for. Hire friends and family first wether they have the required skills or experience. No inclusiveness, do as I say mentalities. The only time safety is of a concern is when they get caught. No precautionary measures, mostly reactionary. 

The work environment is fast paced which makes the days go by quickly. Managers and coworkers are fantastic and everyone is completely supportive. Most departments have flex time hours which is great. Good pay, benefits and pension with convenient location right in town.
