Sorta old fashioned culture. Older real estate company trying to catch up i guess. the people are great. Company is very diverse and inclusive. Decent pay and work security. Decent benefits. Overall good place to work. Just feels like old fashioned "office" culture. Business casual dress, want people working in the office, not really caught up with their tech but trying. 

They have a very old school culture where every employee is micro managed and put down if anything is done wrong. The communication between managers and team members is not good enough and the training is worse. They expect you more than they train you. Random expectations pop up in the middle of no where. 
Absolutely no job security or room for growth. They never think about you.

Worked here for less than a year. 

There really isn't any direction you are given, it's like a club mentality. Very clique like. No on really appreciates you. 

No real incentives, no rewards, terrible management communication. It's a very high school setting when it comes to groups.

If you do decide to work here, please prioritoize your mental health.

I worked here for 2.5 years. Daniels has a great work environment - no micromanaging, friendly people, department lunches, good benefits and work events. Unfortunately they don’t pay well and it’s hard to move up.

President and most management is nice and meaningful. Some departments are quite toxic and the culture is off there. Its kind of sad working in a lacking department while watching others strive. Wish there were more incentives to work there.

Enjoyed my time here, was only doing a contract placement, was offered a full time job, but unfortunately the pay was too low to accept.  Seemed like a nice place to work, love being downtown.

If you want career growth, this is not the company for you. You also don't get bonuses, increase, promotion. It's all politics in this company. Some people in management are also not good. They have the wrong people in some of the positions. Some people are robotic.

I worked with The Daniels Corporation for 1 year, PMs and workers are productive and they have a very comfortable environment, they try to make the tenants/clients satisfied as much as they can.
