Very toxic working environment,  no support or proper training of new employees. There is very old school and demeaning leadership fostered from within. Ppl are scared to speak up in fear of losing their jobs, being insulted via emails or in front of peers and clients. Management teams fosters very unprofessional and negative behaviours by other members in the management team. Gossiping, bullying and intimidation and not training ppl to see them fail is commonplace. Hours are long, there is no accountability but anyone outside of yourself. Easily thrown under the bus to save face, ppl are seen just pawns to justify to customers inability to keep staff. 

The boss gets involved in minor details that slow down workflow, reduce efficiency and  a lock of trust in employees' abilities, resulting in constant oversight. There is lack of clear leadership and direction within the management team. Communication has been inconsistent which had led to confusion and delays. Decision making processes are not well defined that resulting in inefficiencies, and insufficient support and guidance provided to staff. 

In term of sales and  business development, this company is a good prospect and growing fast company.  

80% items are exclusive and most of them are hot and good selling items.  More brands and products are coming.  

Company also has a good reputation in the market and good relationship with customer.

The company culture is like a family-Collaborative, supportive and built on mutual respect. With the company's rapid growth, there are endless opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career alongside the business. The reasonable working hours make work-life balance easy to achieve, and my colleagues are some of the friendliest and most talented people I've worked with. Highly recommend!

I worked here as my first job, and both the managers and staff were welcoming and friendly. I had no problems learning the ropes, and would definitely recommend this job to people searching for a working opportunity.

Enjoy working with a diverse team in a fast paced environment.  Everyone is friendly and always trying to improve the company.  Management cultivates a safe workplace and wants to ensure we continue to grow.  Hardest part of the job is to manage the workload.

Beware. Owners talk a big game. Promotes teamwork and communication. It was all talk though.  They like to rule by fear. A lot of workers have left. There was a manager that was honest and fair but he also got fired.

This place is a good beginner job it’s really relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone there is chill and fun to work with. Only thing is that when it gets busy theres not enough people to get the work done and pay is varying.
