Working at Township Chevrolet has been such a positive work experience for me so far.  Coming from 8 years in the public sector, I knew absolutely nothing about the automotive retail industry but it didn’t take long to get caught up to speed. 

They give you all the training, tools and resources you could ever need to be successful in your job but it’s up to you to put in the work to get there.  If you are type of person who takes their job serious, works hard and enjoys continuously learning, you’ll find a career at Township to be very rewarding.  There’s always room for advancement within the dealership if you’re willing to show initiative and put in the work.  

My colleagues at Township are also the best group of people to work with.  Everyone is so friendly and are always willing to lend a helping hand with whatever you may need. 

If you’re thinking about applying to Township, I’d say go for it! The interview process may seem a bit extensive to some but it’s well worth going through the process in the end.    


Great company to work for! While it is a professional place of business where customer's needs are the top priority, the staff are still upbeat, jovial, and smiling. Being a dealership, you can expect a fast-paced environment with non-traditional hours as assisting your customers is the number 1 concern - as it is with every other retail/customer service role I have held in the past. If you are a dedicated and hardworking individual, your efforts do not go unnoticed. While staff typically start in an entry-level position, with proven work ethic and ability, many staff have been internally promoted - sometimes within the same department, sometimes into a new department. Genuinely enjoy working here, the atmosphere, staff, and leadership is on point!

My experience at Township Chevrolet was nothing short of exceptional. 

From the moment I walked in the doors, I was greeted with friendly faces and encouraged to always put my best foot forward. Township wants every individual to succeed and they will encourage you to get there while providing all of the tools you need as long as you are willing to put in the work. If you have the drive to succeed, you will love the environment Township has to offer. 

I have nothing but good things to say about my colleagues at Township. The staff are kind, approachable and driven in every department. 

If you are looking for a position, I would highly recommend applying to Township. Their leadership is progressive, there are growth opportunities and Township values their employees at every level and will make you feel accomplished at the end of every day. 

If you don’t live to work then working here isn’t for you. Your work/life balance will suffer because management are constantly changing your working hours and expect you to work 10 to 12 hour shifts 5 to 6 days a week every week. This is a high stress job. It is busy and fast paced. Both the customers and management are demanding. Oftentimes management will keep increasing your workload when you are already overly busy and having a hard time keeping up. You have to be able to multitask for hours on end. The best thing about this job is the other people you will work with. This place has some of the nicest coworkers you will ever meet.

If you want to be part of a group of people that appreciate hard work and dedication then this is it. If you are smart, and great with prioritization in a busy environment you will thrive here. Management will challenge you to perform at your highest level and will acknowledge your success. Such a great company. 

I stayed short time in the company but had a great experience. I was in service department. The management team are helpful, flexible, and respectful. I love the atmosphere the most. If you work on Saturday, there will be free subway lunch.

It's not bad, just have to push yourself through the grime, harsh smells and attitude.

I might be able to put a small impact on the job, hopefully someone will understand what's going on. Please ask me about this job more, because the more you ask, the more i'll spill out.

Make yourself better.

Township provided a faced paced work environment with alternating schedule that allowed you to have 5 days off in a row every third week so that even when working 12 hour shifts you had time to catch up on your home life or have e decent rest.

The company is well structured but care less about the staff success. There’s so much competition in a fast paced environment. Good training and high turnover of staff. There’s really no empathy when you get sick. Too much performance driven.

Assist customers with retention problems, via telephone, email and  canada post or in person. Loved my job. Manager doesn't communicate well. Dishonest.
