Experienced diamond drillers — relocate to Australia for year-round FIFO drilling with Tier 1 contractors.

Even-time rosters, strong hourly rate plus metre bonus from zero, and the visa and relocation handled in-house by our team. If you're a diamond driller running Boart Longyear LM/LF rigs or similar core rigs and want consistent work without the seasonal start-stop, keep reading.

Straight up on the visa. There's a visa involved, and you don't work it out yourself — we handle it, in-house. It has eligibility requirements, so the first thing we do is confirm you qualify before you get invested. If you don't, we tell you straight and point you elsewhere where we can.

What's on offer

Underground and surface diamond drilling roles
Even-time rosters (2/2 or 2/1 on most seats), FIFO from an agreed Australian point of hire

No Cert III? If you can drill, you'll be put through the nationally recognised qualification at the employer's cost — and it's yours to keep

Who we're after

Already drilling in your own right (this is for drillers, not offsiders)
2–3+ years actually drilling, not just time in the industry
Diamond experience — underground, surface, or both
Boart Longyear LM/LF rigs (LM90, LM110, MDR700) or similar core rigs — tell us what you run
Confident with basic rig servicing — oils, preventative maintenance, simple troubleshooting
Strong safety mindset, works with the crew and cross-shift

We want safe, reliable, team-first operators — not cowboys chasing metres. Strong offsiders: we may have future roles for you, but these are for people already drilling.
