Listed below are key factors to which we look for when hiring into the Integrity workforce.

Must have 8 years experience or more in residential or commercial roofing.
Must have worked with or installed certified Certainteed jobs.
All workers must have completed a working at heights program approved by the CPO.
Must have own vehicle and/or work van/truck.
Crew preferred to be equipped with their own tools and safety equipment.
WSIB training preferred.
Expert knowledge in all the products we use.
Experience with designer and specialty shingles, (ie. DaVinci, Grand Manor, Cedar).
