At Digitech Payments, we're looking for a Client Service & Retention Specialist to support our merchants, ensure their satisfaction, and help build long-term customer loyalty. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering an outstanding client experience by providing personalized service and recommending solutions that meet each client's unique needs.

What We Offer

Permanent, full-time daytime position (Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and accounts.
Understand clients' needs, goals, and preferences to recommend the most suitable solutions.
Provide ongoing updates regarding products, services, and account activity.
Communicate with up to 60 merchants per day through inbound and/or outbound calls.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Excellent communication skills in English.
High school diploma.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a related industry.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
