Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is essential in developing and executing engaging digital content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, graphic design, and analytics tools to optimize our social media presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative campaigns within a fast-paced environment, supporting the growth of our e-commerce initiatives and overall brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Develop, curate, and manage published content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to increase organic reach and improve content discoverability.
Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community interaction.
Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall digital marketing strategies.
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future content strategies.
Assist in managing Facebook Advertising campaigns to target specific audiences effectively.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing.
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies innovative.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising, Hootsuite, Buffer (application), and other social media management tools.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and editing content for clarity and accuracy.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles including content creation, audience targeting, and campaign analysis.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced setting.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media campaigns.
Prior experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook or other platforms is preferred but not required.
