Full job description

Status: Summer Term (Up to 2 Months)

Your Role:

Assist with print, copy, and document production requests.
Process instructions accurately for printing.
Operate digital printers, copiers, laminators, binding machines, cutters, and other print shop equipment.
Monitor print quality ensure finished products meet department and customer specifications.
Perform finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, folding, trimming, and packaging.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet customer deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and assignments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Additional Qualifications Considered Assets

Experience in a print shop, copy centre, sign shop, or related environment
Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
Familiarity with large format printing and graphic production

Location: Gibraltar House 77 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB, Canada
