APERÇU DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un commis d’entrepôt en expédition talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe dans nos bureaux de Laval, Québec. Si vous êtes impatient de faire partie d'une équipe gagnante, Echelon Produits et Services est l'endroit idéal pour faire évoluer votre carrière. Ce poste sera principalement affecté au service expédition de notre entrepôt.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Préparer, emballer et étiqueter les expéditions sortantes conformément aux exigences des clients ;
Vérifier l'exactitude des documents d'expédition, des factures et des bordereaux d'expédition ;
Planifier et coordonner les enlèvements avec les transporteurs et les coursiers ;
Utiliser un logiciel ERP pour traiter les transactions d'expédition et la facturation ;
Inspecter et vérifier les produits avant leur expédition afin de s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux normes de qualité ;
Communiquer avec les équipes du service clientèle, des ventes et de l'entrepôt afin de résoudre les divergences entre les commandes ;
Surveiller et gérer les stocks de fournitures d'expédition ;
Utiliser en toute sécurité un chariot élévateur et d'autres équipements de manutention pour charger, décharger et déplacer les produits.

EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS

Expérience préalable dans le domaine de l'expédition dans un environnement de fabrication ou de distribution requise ;
Connaissance des transporteurs (Purolator, FedEx, etc.) et des processus logistiques requise ;
Compétences informatiques de base ; expérience des systèmes ERP/WMS requise ;
Permis/certificat de conduite de chariot élévateur valide requis ;
Capacité à travailler avec précision et efficacité dans un environnement de production au rythme soutenu ;
Contribuer à une atmosphère positive sur le lieu de travail en soutenant et en aidant tous les membres de l'équipe ;
Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais et en français ;
Connaissance des mesures de santé, de sécurité et de sûreté mises en place pour prévenir les blessures ;
Compréhension des méthodes d'élimination des déchets dangereux en toute sécurité.

As the exclusive representative of Forsaflex hydraulic and industrial products, we maintain fully stocked warehouses in 6 locations across Canada, reliably serving a wide range of industries.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are hiring a talented Warehouse / Shipping Technician to join our team in our Laval, QC office. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, Echelon Supply and Service is a great place to grow your career. This position will be primarily for the shipping department in our warehouse.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments in accordance with customer requirements;
Verify accuracy of shipping documents, invoices, and packing slips;
Schedule and coordinate pickups with carriers and couriers;
Use ERP software to process shipping transactions and invoicing;
Inspect and verify products prior to shipping to ensure quality standards are met;
Communicate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams to resolve order discrepancies;
Monitor and maintain inventory of shipping supplies;
Safely operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and move products.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Prior shipping experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment required;
Familiarity with shipping carriers (Purolator, FedEx, etc.) and logistics processes required;
Basic computer skills; experience with ERP/WMS systems required;
Valid forklift license/certification required;
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment;
Contribute to an upbeat atmosphere in the workplace by supporting and aiding all team members;
Excellent communication skills in English and French;
Awareness of Health & Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuries;
Understanding of how to dispose of hazardous waste material in a safe manner.
