Big Leagues Pub – Cole Harbour is Hiring a Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a strong kitchen leader to run the line and help deliver top-notch food quality, execution, and service standards. This position reports directly to the Senior Kitchen Manager and Culinary Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has proven management or supervisor experience, strong line cooking ability, and leads confidently in a fast-paced kitchen. You must be able to call a busy line, keep cooks on task, maintain cleanliness and organization, and ensure consistent execution every shift. Hands-on prep work is also a key part of this role.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years management or supervisor experience
Strong line cook experience in a high-volume kitchen
Prep and kitchen organization skills
Ability to lead teams during busy service
Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
