Full job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the enhancement and ongoing development of their Salesforce platform. This individual will play a key role in delivering scalable, user-focused solutions while partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality Salesforce applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, with exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud being highly desirable.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and declarative configuration.
Enhance and support Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and digital experiences (preferred).
Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Develop custom integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation.
Perform unit testing, troubleshoot production issues, and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Support deployment activities through Salesforce DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
Produce and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong experience developing with: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and integrations, Flows and declarative automation.
Experience working with Salesforce Experience Cloud is considered a strong asset.
Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and best practices.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
