Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator and Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality cabinetry and woodworking products, as well as performing various carpentry and installation tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, construction, and machinery operation, with the ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where craftsmanship and precision are valued.

Duties

Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components according to detailed schematics and blueprints
Perform woodworking tasks including cabinetry, framing, and finishing work
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure accurate production
Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment for assembly, installation, and finishing processes
Assist with concrete forming, masonry, rebar installation, roofing, siding, and other construction-related activities as needed
Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet specifications
Support installation of cabinets and related fixtures on-site or in workshop settings
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

Requirements

Proven experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or related manufacturing fields
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
Proficiency with CNC machinery operation and programming skills preferred
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting required
Background in construction trades such as masonry, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical work, or handyman services is a plus
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Construction experience including concrete forming, rebar installation, restoration work, flooring installation, tile laying, siding installation, or carpentry is advantageous
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work shifts
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
