Full job description

We are avidly seeking a motivated Senior Waterjet Machine Operator. This position should be filled by someonewho is eager to learn and expand his/her knowledge and experience. The candidate must contribute to the excellent quality of workmanship we strive for, and produce at ClearCut Metal. This position has an experienced level expectation, but company specific training will be provided for the right candidate.

What you bring:

-positive attitude with the willingness to learn

-minimum of 3 years experience running a waterjet

-good knowledge and experience for operating a forklift

-strong analytical and problem solving skills

-ability to read and understand work orders and drawings

-ability to ask for help when unsure of anything

-good attendance and punctuality

-pride in workmanship

Responsibilities:

-operate CNC Waterjet

-operate a forklift

-accurately read work orders, drawings, shipping documents and other information pertaining to the specific job

-detect and correct equipment malfunctions to ensure quality production

-maintain a clean, organized and safe work area

Wage dependent on experience

Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
