About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate supporting sales operations, you will communicate with customers, manage assigned leads end-to-end, and keep stakeholders updated on the progress of each case. This role is ideal for candidates seeking a customer service job in a sales-driven process, requiring clarity, accuracy, and the ability to deliver solutions within defined timelines. You will ensure compliance with SOPs while maintaining an excellent customer experience across both inbound sales and lead generation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned leads from start to finish and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Deliver quick and accurate resolutions within the specified TAT.
Maintain adherence to all standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
Keep updated knowledge of systems, workflows, and product information.
Handle inbound inquiries, explain solutions, and support customer decision-making.
Perform multiple tasks efficiently and adjust quickly within short timelines.
Build rapport with customers and internal teams for smooth coordination.
Apply active listening, problem-solving, and customer-first decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on all assigned cases.
Note: Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.

Job Requirements

Education:

Under-Graduate: Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience (automobile or BPO industry preferred).
Graduate: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening and analytical problem-solving.
Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Clear and concise articulation of ideas and solutions.
Customer-centric approach with strong listening ability.
Ability to multitask and perform under short timelines.
Flexible to work in shifts and rotational weekly offs.
