About the Role
We empower our product teams to solve challenging customer and business problems in ways that delight our customers while supporting our business goals. Our cross-functional teams include a product manager, a designer, and engineers. We are looking for a product manager to help define and lead our data platform, working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure we are delivering user and business value.
How You’ll Make an Impact
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data platform from the ground up.
Identify and validate customer and business problems through hands-on discovery, research, and experimentation.
Partner with engineering to build the best solutions for our clients and internal teams.
Use AI tools and techniques to accelerate product development, prototyping, and decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the platform delivers value for both internal teams and external customers.
Establish success metrics and leverage data to measure outcomes and iterate toward product-market fit.
Communicate product vision, learnings, and progress clearly across the organization to build alignment and shared understanding.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who brings some or all of the following:
5+ years of experience building and delivering high-impact products as a product manager
Demonstrated experience building new products from scratch (0 to 1), not just iterating on existing ones
Strong technical acumen and the ability to be an effective partner with engineering and clients in building the best product
Comfortable using AI tools to build, prototype, and accelerate your work
Product discovery and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to frame challenges, identify needs, and measure success through research, data analysis, and testing
Skilled at designing experiments and using data to uncover insights and drive decisions
Natural collaborator who works effectively with cross-functional teams and influences without authority
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in the ambiguity that comes with building something new
Fast learner who adapts quickly and maintains focus on outcomes
Passion for Voices’ mission and the problems we’re solving
Bonus Points:
Experience building data platforms, data products, or developer tools
Background in software engineering or a technical discipline
Entrepreneurial experience or experience at an early-stage startup
Experience in the audio or voice industry

Hybrid Work Details: We are a hybrid workplace that allows employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario. Additionally, the Product Team utilizes a coworking space in Toronto at Workhaus, 350 Bay Street, where they regularly collaborate in person.
Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000
A typical hire for this role generally falls between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on skills, experience, qualifications and internal equity. Employees grow through the range based on performance and demonstrated competencies.
