We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our digital campaigns, content, website, social media, email marketing, lead-generation, and marketing analytics activities.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will help plan, create, launch, monitor, and improve marketing initiatives that promote the company’s technology services to business audiences.
You will coordinate content across the company website, email campaigns, professional social media platforms, landing pages, digital advertisements, newsletters, and sales-support materials. You will also maintain campaign calendars, update CRM records, track performance indicators, and prepare clear reports on marketing results.
This position is well suited to someone who combines strong writing and organizational skills with an interest in digital marketing, technology, analytics, and B2B lead generation.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing several projects simultaneously, collaborating with sales and technical teams, and using performance data to improve future campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Coordination
- Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns promoting the company’s data, cloud, automation, and workflow solutions.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, audience segments, and publication schedules.
- Support campaigns across email, organic social media, paid digital advertising, website content, landing pages, and professional networking platforms.
- Maintain an organized digital marketing calendar.
- Ensure campaign materials are accurate, professional, consistent, and published on schedule.
- Coordinate campaign requirements with management, sales, technical, and external service providers.
- Assist with audience targeting and campaign segmentation.

Content Creation and Copywriting
- Write and edit website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, newsletters, social media posts, service descriptions, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Translate technical information into clear and engaging business language.

- Develop content for business owners, operations managers, technology leaders, and other decision-makers.
