Our hygiene program emphasizes prevention, patient education, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) to deliver the highest standard of care.

We're looking for a Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is passionate about preventive care, enjoys building long-term patient relationships, and takes pride in delivering outstanding clinical care. Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate eager to grow, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills, work with modern technology, and make a meaningful impact every day.

What You'll Do

Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care, including assessments, periodontal charting, scaling, root planing, polishing, and preventive services.
Educate and motivate patients with personalized oral health and home-care recommendations.
Review medical histories and provide safe, evidence-based treatment.
Identify and communicate oral health findings and treatment recommendations with the dentist and patients.
Maintain accurate clinical records using digital practice management software.
Follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Contribute to a positive, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment.

What We're Looking For

Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Dental Hygienists of Alberta (CRDHA).
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Available to work Wednesdays through Saturdays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent clinical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Comfortable using digital dental technology and practice management software.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative, patient-first approach.

New graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience with Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT).
Digital dentistry workflows.
Intraoral scanning.
Digital radiography.
Periodontal therapy.
Invisalign maintenance and patient education.
