Full job description

Martech Motor Winding Ltd. - CASTLEGAR is looking to hire BC Certified Level A, B & C Welders or Journeyperson Red Seal Welders or Structural Steel Fabricators.

The successful candidates will have the flexibility to complete both in-shop & field work as well as be open to possible work out of town. Physically fit with the ability to conduct demanding work, and to lift and carry heavy objects. Reliable with a focus on Safety. Room for advancement for the right person.

Required:

· Minimum 6 years welding experience

· Current CWB Certification in FCAW (flat minimum)

· Stainless Steel SMAW experience

The following items & experience although not required are an asset:

· CWB Certification in SMAW

· Confined space training/certificate

· Fall arrest training/experience

· First aid tickets

· Forklift tickets

· Field welding experience

Wages & Benefits: Martech Motor Winding Ltd offers industry and area leading compensation. Wages are based on the agreement with IBEW 1003 and the experience/qualifications of the individual. Martech also offers a competitive benefits package.
