We're looking for an exceptional Social Media & Content Creator Manager who doesn't just manage social media—but creates culture, drives conversations, and builds viral moments.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional social media role.

We're looking for someone obsessed with storytelling, food content, internet culture, and short-form video.

You understand why some videos get 500 views while others reach 5 million.

You constantly study trends, algorithms, creators, and consumer behavior.

Your mission is to make Bonjour Bagel impossible to ignore.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy

Own Bonjour Bagel's entire social media strategy.
Develop a clear roadmap for audience growth and brand awareness.
Identify viral opportunities before competitors.
Build a recognizable and consistent brand voice.

Content Creation

Plan, film, edit, and publish high-quality content daily.
Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
Create content that entertains first and sells second.
Develop recurring content series that people look forward to.

Community Growth

Grow engaged communities across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Respond to comments and messages.
Encourage user-generated content.
Build relationships with loyal customers and brand advocates.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

Identify and recruit local and national creators.
Manage influencer collaborations.
Organize creator events and product launches.
Build a network of ambassadors around the brand.

Brand Campaigns

Launch creative campaigns that generate buzz.
Execute giveaways, contests, and limited-edition product launches.
Develop ideas worthy of local and national media attention.

Analytics & Performance

Track KPIs weekly.
Analyze content performance.
Optimize based on data.
Present monthly reports with recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing social media for consumer, food, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Proven experience creating viral or high-performing content.
Strong portfolio demonstrating audience growth and engagement.
Professional experience with:
Instagram
TikTok
Facebook
YouTube Shorts
LinkedIn
Strong photography and videography skills.
Advanced video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media analytics.
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience working with fast-growing food brands.
Paid social advertising experience.
Graphic design skills.
Experience launching viral campaigns.
Influencer marketing experience.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
