Full job description

We’re looking for a individual with strong computer skills to join our growing property management team. No experience necessary, training will take place during the first few weeks on the job.

DUTIES

Answer phone calls for leasing enquiries and book appointments

Complete leasing templates

Process rent, scan bank deposits, and call to collect late payments

General administrative duties, including completing purchase orders, data entry, and filing

Conduct regular vacant unit and property inspections

Maintain list of pending repairs and special projects, coordinate with the team for timely completion

Document rule infractions and, if necessary, compiling evidence in support of eviction proceedings

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency with MS Office and generally superior computer skills (typing minimum 45wpm)

Strong written and oral communication skills

Assertive and confident with a professional work ethic

Keen attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Must have valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

Must Be local to Penticton BC, no out of town applicants please
