We're looking for a Business Intelligence & Insights Analyst to join our DAI team, a unique role where you'll leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver strategic tools and solutions that drive Affinity business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage intuitive dashboards and tools that offer a unified, real-time view of the Affinity market, enabling smarter decisions across the organization.
Develop self-serve applications to help partners better understand member needs—enhancing satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Uncover insights through exploratory analysis , evaluating event impacts and trends to support proactive strategy development.
Create scalable, innovative business solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, and partner strategy.
Act as a thought partner to our partners and colleagues , helping them understand Affinity market dynamics and the value of data in shaping strategic actions.
Champion data integrity and accuracy by establishing validation methods and clear documentation practices.
Advance data literacy across the team , promoting best practices in business intelligence and data storytelling.
Mentor and support team growth , sharing technical knowledge and business insight to uplift team capability.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
This job posting is intended for candidates with 3-7 years of experience, including: Expertise in analytics, data analysis, and statistical analysis and experience in the general insurance industry
Bilingual in English and French (required)
Strong coding skills in SQL and Python
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Shiny/Posit)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially for quality control and data validation
Strong communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Skilled in critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and time management
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
