Monthly performance bonuses - paid every month, on top of your base salary, tied to results you control

A base salary with a fast growth track - starting at $40,000 base salary, with a structured path to $50,000 within your first 3 months based on performance, and ongoing quarterly increases up to $60,000

What You'll Be Doing

Having consultative conversations with warm, pre-qualified clients about their life insurance needs
Building genuine, lasting client relationships that go well beyond the first policy placement.
Managing inbound and outbound call opportunities in a structured, supported environment
Partnering with internal teams to ensure every client gets an exceptional experience
Continuously developing your skills through coaching, training, and team collaboration

What We're Looking For

LLQP licensed with valid provincial licensing in good standing
2+ years of life insurance sales experience preferred
A natural communicator who builds trust quickly
Self-motivated and comfortable owning your performance in a remote environment
Genuinely passionate about helping clients - not just closing deals
Eager to grow, learn, and take on more responsibility over time
Resilient, accountable, and a real team player

Technical Requirements

To deliver the best possible experience for your clients, you'll need:

12+GB RAM & Windows 11 or macOS 15+
Strong internet (minimum 20mb download / 10mb upload)
Dual monitor setup & USB wired headset
Smartphone running a current OS
