Full job description

Thank you for your interest in joining Stryder! We are an award-winning 3PL provider, specializing in Transportation and Warehousing Services for some of the largest food, beverage, and packaging companies in the world since 1989.

We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service/Account Manager for our Warehouse division at our office in Richmond, BC.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Timely and professional responses to various customer requests via phone and email.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to process inbound and outbound loads, as well as for inventory reconciliation.
If applicable, ensure all inbound & outbound orders are processed in our clients SAP systems.
Book all inbound & outbound appointments for all outside carriers.
Data entry for shipping and receiving loads on internal dock schedules.
Maintain and generate reports as needed for customers and management.
Interact, communicate, and coordinate with all team members daily, including warehouse personnel, customers, truck drivers, and employees at other Stryder offices
General office duties such as filing, sorting, etc.

What We Require:

· At least 3 year of Customer Service or Administrative experience (in an office setting) is preferred

· Trucking, Logistics and/or Warehousing experience is a significant asset

· Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal

· Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

· Able to handle high volumes of data entry and incoming inquiries in a time-sensitive environment

· Able to excel in a fast-paced, team-focused workplace

· Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook)
