Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and the ability to operate heavy equipment. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial truck to transport freight to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
Secure, Tarp, Untarp Load and unload cargo, utilizing forklifts and other heavy equipment as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on the truck as needed to ensure optimal performance.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation.

Qualifications

Must be 25 years of age or older
Must have a minimum of 3 years AZ trucking experience
No more than 3 minor convictions in the past 3 years
No serious or major convictions in the past 3 years
No suspensions in the past 3 years
No At Fault accidents in the past 3 years
Valid Commercial Driver's License (AZ or Class 1) is required.
Proven experience in commercial driving with a strong understanding of freight transportation.
Familiarity with Flatbed, Step Deck heavy equipment operation.
Basic knowledge of automotive repair is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
