What We’re Looking For
We need an Accounting Manager who’s not just experienced and detail-oriented, but also a proactive leader with a passion for excellence. If you’re the kind of person who can manage a team of bookkeepers like a boss, deliver high-quality accounting services, and build strong, lasting client relationships, then you might just be our next rockstar.

Key Responsibilities & Goals

Take charge of a portfolio of clients—get to know their businesses, understand their risks, and deliver custom bookkeeping solutions that truly make a difference.
Create and implement robust bookkeeping processes that streamline operations and boost efficiency.
Lead the charge in integrating and optimizing cloud-based accounting tools so we’re always ahead of the game.
Smoothly guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they quickly fall in love with our cloud accounting software.
Offer training and ongoing support so clients can fully leverage their tech investments.
Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest cloud accounting trends.
Design and run training sessions to roll out new tools and techniques that supercharge productivity for our team and clients.
Mentor and support your team, fostering a culture of continuous growth and learning.
Set clear expectations, dish out constructive feedback, and hold regular reviews to keep everyone on track and performing at their best.

Who You Are

You’ve got at least 4 years in accounting and bookkeeping, with a proven track record managing full-cycle processes.
You’re a whiz with cloud-based accounting software like QuickBooks Online or Xero (or similar platforms).
You’ve got the chops to lead, inspire, and build strong relationships with your team and clients alike.
You’re passionate about using technology to drive improvements in accounting processes.
A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a bonus.
QuickBooks Online and Xero certifications are preferred, but your skills speak louder than your certificates.
