Full job description

Barrhaven Ford is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team of Service Professionals. We are looking for a strong team player, with great customer service and communication skills.

We have a strong, well-supported team that works hard to provide and exceptional level of service to our clients. If you feel you could excel in this environment, we would love to hear from you!!

Job Functions:

Greet clients and perform service walk around. Ensure customer needs are assessed and signatures obtained during the appointment check in. Set appropriate expectations.

Coordinate with dispatch and the BDC to ensure no scheduling conflicts

Maintain contact with clients throughout the entire service process

Maintain the work orders and ensure required data has been collected and updated as necessary throughout the repair process, as set out by Ford warranty standards.

Monitor carry over repairs and keep customers informed.

Organize and receive payment and release vehicle to owner after servicing

Treat our clients with care and courtesy.
